Shipping & Return
1. Shipping is dealt with on every working days. And orders placed on
weekends or on holidays occasionally will be dealt with immediately we
are back to office.
2. The default shipping mode is EMS (Worldwide Express Mail Service). Alternatives are available, such as DHL, UPS and etc.
3. You will receive a shipping tracking number via email when your order
is shipped from our warehouse. Parcel tracking info is available online
at EMS two days later.
4. The average delivery time ranges from 3 to 9 working days.
Additionally, it may take a little longer to the following countries or
regions: Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Mid-East countries, Eastern European
countries, African countries and South American countries.
5. All orders are shipped insured and signature confirmation is needed when local postmen dispatch the orders.
6.If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or
return it for a refund
(excluding the actual shipping and handling charges) within 5 days soon after the
date the parcel arrives at your home. Remember, the cost of shipping
will be deducted from your total refund. All purchases, accessories,
serial numbered security tags (if provided), and packing materials must
be in new condition to avoid refusal of the returned merchandise or
restocking fees. All returned or exchanged items must be in new
condition, in their original packaging, and must include all packing
material, name cards, manuals and accessories. Any signs of wear or
removal of parts, will result in refusal of your return.
Note:
The shipping fees we have charged are not the actual shipping
fees,only part of the actual.The actual shipping fees should refer to
the prices of the post office.
7. In order to return an item you need to contact with Customers Service
Representative through Live Support Online or Emails at our website.
8. Place the original package into a shipping carton; include the
invoice and the reason for the return. If defective, please specify the
defect.
9. Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer's package.
10. We suggest that you send your item(s) via insured, traceable means,
such as EMS, DHL or UPS. Return shipping charges are the responsibility
of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
11. If an order is shipping via EMS, the part of the initial shipment fee
taken by us to ship the merchandise will be deducted from the refunded
amount.
12. Items sold at the Specials or with a discount coupon are considered
as special Items, which will be subject to a limited return policy.
